This has to be the WORST management company I've ever dealt with. They never hire anyone who knows what they're doing. It's like they just pick people off the street with absolutely no management experience. No leadership, no organization, no accountability. This place stays filthy for MONTHS. The cleaning staff doesn't clean anything. The hallways are dirty, the common areas are dusty, and there's trash everywhere. It's shameful. They're always starting some kind of renovation project, but they can't even maintain what's already there. They've just started another project, and it's already dirty and disorganized. Are you experiencing the same thing, renovating but unable to keep the property clean? Nobody maintains anything. Everything looks neglected and abandoned. It's truly disgusting. Get better. This place is terrible.

I have been staying at my New apartment for a bout 3 months now …I enjoy my big spaces apartment…I live on the top floor with a balcony with a great view of the city. It’s a very quiet clean neighborhood, pet friendly and feel very safe. I especially like how fast the property management reply’s with the maintenance issues providing a safe environment. I have the pleasure of renting with Perstige for 3 years now, and property manager has the best by far, she’s very transparent and try’s hers best to resolve issues in a very professional manner. Making my transfer smooth as a possible, So far I have no complaints and I enjoy my new home

I love my apartment... It's clam, quiet and they keep the hallway mopped... everything is close by and the rent office is exceptionally helpful when needed...I live in the prestige village property and prime and Evel always handles business..
