This is an old complex, wuere maintenance goes from barely there to non-existent. The swimming pool has been closed for more than two years, they have a tennis courtthat is more a filthy place than anything else. The room for parties cannot be used. But the worst part is the parking: tons of empty reserved spaces while it is almost a nightmare to find a guest space, because most of them are occupied by residents.

I’ve never felt more ripped off by a place I’m paying so much to live in. Prado Condominium charges sky-high rent, and for what? The gym and pool — two of the biggest advertised amenities — are off-limits. What’s the point of paying premium prices if we can’t even use the basic facilities? It’s incredibly disappointing to live somewhere that looks nice on paper but fails to deliver on the most basic promises. I’ve asked about the amenities, and either there’s no timeline or no clear reason for why they’re closed. It feels like a total scam. I absolutely do not recommend living here unless you’re okay with overpaying for a place that doesn’t honor what it advertises. I can’t wait to move out.
