Kelly and Carlos were the best! They gave us a wonderful tour and took the time to show us different apartments. They were very friendly, patient, and really helped us find a place that feels right for us. We truly appreciate their help and the great experience!

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU HAVE A CAR. IF YOU THINK THIS IS AN EXAGGERATION, IT IS NOT. Parking is valet only and it is terrible, unreliable. When you request your car, you WILL NEVER KNOW when your car will be ready for pick up. It’s never 10 minutes but it could be anything between 1 hour to 3 hours. This is not only during rush hours, consistently inconsistent. I was going to move out when it was my lease renewal time, they offered some promotion and i stayed. Worse decision i ever made. It doesnt worth the stress and time loss. DO NOT MOVE IN IF YOU HAVE A CAR Also dont move in if you dont have a car, because parking fee is also MANDATORY and you will pay for a service that you wont use. Attached convos from residents group chat and videos of daily valet struggle. This has been my experience in the last 2.5 years and continuing. Will never renew my lease again.

The most understaffed valet I have ever seen at any apartment ever. If you have a car don’t bother living here because it is horrendous Can call your car on the app and it not be down there 5 hours later Sometimes I go downstairs and there’s 10 people in a line waiting for their car and I just end up calling an Uber instead Below is a photo of me trying to pull into the apartment (sometimes takes 10 minutes because there’s a line of cars waiting to be taken care of)

I had a fantastic tour of Park Line Miami thanks to Kelly. She was incredibly thorough, energetic, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we started. Kelly took the time to walk through every detail of the property, answered all of my questions thoughtfully, and made sure I had a clear understanding of the building, amenities, and neighborhood. What really stood out was how patient and attentive she was…never rushed and always willing to explain things in depth. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home and takes pride in representing the property. If you’re touring Park Line, I highly recommend asking for Kelly. She made the entire experience enjoyable and informative.

I absolutely HATE living here!! Please beware before moving here that the property management is the absolute worst! Where do I start? When I first moved in one of the leasing staff told my coworkers that I had applied and was moving in without permission. This was not her place to disclose my personal business. The dog owners allow there pets to urine and poo wherever! You can’t even walk on the running trail because of animal feces and the smell of dog urine is outrageous!! The pool furniture is filthy and torn. Let me not forget how concierge will allow absolutely ANYONE in the building all you have to do is ask them to buzz you up and you’re in and they will leave the front desk unoccupied for over an hour at times. There was a homeless man in the building who was allowed up. Only one of the grills work they never have propane in them and the handles are broken so just pray you get to the working one first . People have sex in the pools. Let’s not speak on the mandatory valet that will damage your vehicles and take 2+ hours to bring you your vehicle. So forget getting to work on time. They charge $2,000 to add a person to lease. Everyone in the office is a liar except Julio (I haven’t caught him lying yet.) and dressing skimpy skirts and dresses it’s giving adult entertainment. please don’t email the office because nothing will change. Let’s not forget how they don’t care about the residents. I requested to transfer because my minor sibling is ill and awaiting kidney and liver transplants and with dialysis 3 times and week and blood transfusions weekly I want him to be comfortable and was denied a reasonable transfer to a larger unit to accommodate him. How heartless can a company be. Mind you I only needed to transfer and was told that in order to add a 16 year old to my lease so that he can live with me while I care for him that I needed to pay $2,000 and then $2000 again when i am eligible to transfer to a larger unit. I have to head to work but will be back to continue……
