When I initially called in early December, I was informed that approximately 10 units would soon be available for rent. I scheduled a tour, only to arrive and be told that there were no units available to show, for which they apologized. This was concerning, especially since a friend had toured a unit just the week prior. Despite this, I submitted an application and paid a deposit to be placed on the waiting list. Three weeks later, just before Christmas, I contacted the office again for an update, but the representatives were still unable to provide any timeline for when units would become available. In early January, I called to cancel my application and request a refund. I was initially told the refund would be processed within a few days and returned to the original payment method. However, by mid-January, I was informed by Scott, the Property Manager, that the refund would take additional time due to an internal approval process. At this point, the situation appears improper. Accepting deposits without clearly disclosing unit availability or providing a reasonable timeline for availability is not acceptable and may be unlawful. I’m looking into a way to report this to the Better Bureau

I was given the opportunity to inspect his work before he left. I will certainly request him should I have any work order request in the future!
