Nob Hill West Condominium

Okay, I'm not one to leave bad reviews for anyone, but this association is the worst I've ever had to deal with. It's 7 a.m. and you get home from work at 1 a.m., because it's obvious everyone doesn't have the same work schedule. And the gardening crew 👩‍🌾 makes a terrible noise. You can't sleep EVER, don't they consider those things? Doesn't the association have a different time of day, like 10 a.m.? I'm not one to leave this; I don't like to give bad reviews. I'm an optimistic and respectful person, but this is a huge lack of respect for the tenants and/or people who live in this condominium. Have a nice day 🌞 and the people who move in should know about all the deficiencies this place has.

Lived here for over a year and did not have any problems with my apartment. Also liked that there was a lot of guest parking available. The community itself is run down besides for landscaping and a housekeeper that sweeps and mops. The pool and jacuzzi are always gross and the water is murky and the buildings and roads are in dire need of a paint job inside and out. The mailboxes were practically falling apart and Johnny from management is nonexistent.

Very spacious place to live.

Hello, I lived in that condominium for 6 years and never had any problems, but it's been 6 months since I moved out and they haven't returned the money I contributed to the association... If January ends and I don't see any results, I will take further action
