Moda North Bay Village Apartments

My family and I recently toured this apartment complex, and we had a very pleasant experience. The view is beautiful and gives the whole place a calm, peaceful vibe. The community feels quiet, well maintained, and offers a great quality of living. Everything looked clean and thoughtfully designed, and we could really see ourselves feeling comfortable here. Ladia, our tour guide and leasing consultant was also very friendly and professional. She answered all our questions and made the visit smooth and enjoyable.

Ladia has been amazing from day one. She gave us the tour at Moda and helped us get our apartment, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free because of her. She’s friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond. Even after moving in, she’s always available to help with anything I need. I’m so thankful for her!

Moda North Bay Village Apartments has changed a lot in the past 6 months. The property feels cleaner, more organized, and better maintained overall. The staff has been great professional, responsive, and very helpful. You can tell management is putting real effort into improving the community, and it shows.

We attended a meeting at the Moda, and we had a great experience. The space is very organized, clean, and well-maintained. The staff and people we interacted with were welcoming and professional, which made the visit even better. A comfortable and pleasant place for gatherings or events.

I’ve lived at MODA for about 2 1/2 years. I gotta say it’s improved significantly since the new management as there are many events now and beautifications that have taken place. It’s a wonderful place to live, very peaceful, the people are very nice and being surrounded by water. Makes it extremely tranquil. There often dolphins sightings, and even manatees. Extremely dog friendly place with doggy poop bag stations always refilled and many of them (though some owners are rude enough not to use them 🤦🏼‍♀️ but that’s on individuals, not management). Love the lobby furniture, the gym has enough stuff for me to get a good workout when I don’t feel like driving to my gym & the pools have great tanning areas. There’s a true sense of community and I have to shout out three workers who make this place extra special. Stephanie in the reception is so warm kind and knows everybody’s apartment number, she really makes the reception area an extra awesome experience. Seeing her smile brightens my day. JP, who does maintenance, also has an amazing disposition (kind, positive and going above & beyond ) always so helpful and taking care of the community. Last but not least, Mariah, the community Director is very professional and on top of everything while being by extremely kind . I love living here.
