Midtown 24 is truly an amazing place to live. The community is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Mrs. Constanta was my leasing agent, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She guided me through every step, answered all my questions promptly, and was extremely professional and kind. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a big difference in my decision. Just moved in and I have to write about the amazing experience we’ve had! The team here has really made the move in process easy and done their best to facilitate our every need during our transition to Plantation, making it less stressful than it usually is to move. I gotta shout out Constanta and Michelle for being so great and helping us find our place that we now love so much and feel right at home at! Definitely recommend not just this amazing area but this very building to live in! Incredible location, great spaces, amenities and features. 10/10!

I recently visited this property for a tour and had a generally positive experience with the staff. The exterior of the building is very attractive and well-kept, and the assistant property manager was extremely friendly and welcoming. The concierge service was also a nice feature, and I appreciated how spacious the units were. That said, the interiors of the apartments are noticeably outdated and in need of renovation. The finishes and fixtures don’t reflect the price point, and the gym was fairly average compared to other properties I toured. While the building and team have a lot of positives, the overall value just didn’t align with the condition of the units, so I ultimately decided to lease elsewhere.

I have been living at Mid-Town 24 for a few years. One of the best things besides the location of this property and beautiful building is the staff. I have worked with Alcira over the years. She is an amazing asset to this community. Her warm and friendly personality makes her easy to talk to. She always tries to accommodate you by always offering you alternatives/suggestions to any issues. She is extremely knowledgeable about the property. I always feel welcomed. Thank you for the amazing customer service.
