Management changes every year. Roach infested and fire alarms go off frequently in the middle of the night.

Why is the office only open Mon-Friday???? They used to be open on Saturdays as well which was convienet for peope who work! Also, they never answer the phone!!!!! And when they do, they hire people for the front desk that dont know anything and the new manager basically doesnt want to meet with you unless she has to. If your AC stops working during the weekend good luck! You better find a hotel or somewhere else to stay because the on call maintenence staff doesnt consider that to be an emergency and they wont come until Monday. Its tough to find parking on the street. There used to be more guest parking spaces available but now they say "reserved" so if you have someone coming to visit you its best for them to come in an uber. The parking garage is narrow and people drive crazy they speed and drive on the opposite side almost crashing into any on coming vehicle. In addition to that, people also block the handicapp access/ entrance to the building and no one seems to care. People don't clean up after their pets either. There are plenty of times that you'll walk right into a puddle of urine in the elevator when you come home. The cleaning crew is great but there are so many pigs that live in this building that all of their hard work just goes down the drain. The elevators are always giving problems as well. Get ready for the loud fire alarm to go off at random. We've gotten so used to it that if a real fire were to happen one day no one would notice because it just happens too often.
