DON’T EVER CONSIDER RENTING AN APARTMENT HERE ! Management sucks and they always fixing things even Saturday and Sunday and they are so SLOW doing it. They don’t care about people that are trying to rest Saturday and Sunday. The noise they make is insane and they are so slow

I’ve been living in this building for over four years and my experience has been excellent. It’s a comfortable, safe, and very quiet place. The common areas and amenities are well maintained, and everything works properly. Whenever an issue comes up, the Front Desk and the staff always respond quickly and professionally, which I really appreciate. I’ve never had any major problems since moving in. It’s a community rental where you can truly live peacefully. Very happy to have chosen this place.

I had a great stay here! The managers were amazing—super attentive and friendly. The place was spotless, and you can tell they really care about keeping it clean. The whole vibe was super cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing stay. Plus, the location is fantastic, close to everything. Definitely recommend!

I just moved to this building a few weeks ago! The building is beautiful, the amenities are very well designed. I love how welcoming the lobby is, you feel right at home. Management is very helpful and professional, they go out of their way to help you in everything you need. The building itself is centrally located, close to restaurants shops and entertainment. The apartments and the views are the WOW effect! The views on this apartments are out of this world, sunsets and sunrises are unique, you see the water from everywhere. They have Samsung appliances which I love :) and the apartments have a modern beach feel. I have a corner unit looking West and East so you get the best of both worlds :). Pool deck and Gym are great. Move in here you will not regret it they have the best prices and apartments in all the area.
