Living here over 3 years. It ıs very close to FAU. The environment is always clean and well-managed. You can make online requests if you have an issues and they are quickly handling.

I have been nothing but impressed with the community and managerial support in the process. From the moment I stepped foot on the property I knew this is where I wanted to be and everyone worked diligently to make my dream become a reality. The apartment was spectacular, with everything looking like it had just been painted the moment the previous tenant left. The maintenance staff has been outstanding, very quick to answer calls and show up in professional manners to help solve whatever minor issue or inconvenience I was experiencing. Overall I have been very impressed with the staff, residents, and amenities and look forward to arriving home to my little slice or paradise each evening.

Never open so rude I don’t know who answering that phone, but she better learn some people skills
