Kings Terrace is a beautiful place to stay. They are constantly making renovations to make the community look better. The apartments are modern and very well-kept. The office staff Harvey, Dayana and Luisa are always available to assist with any questions or issues. And to top it off we have security at night to secure the safety of the tenants. Highly recommend!

I have lived in these apartments for over 5 years. I love my apartment. They are good at keeping the area clean and presentable. I would like to think I have a good report with staff. They have been nice and welcoming to me. Prior to COVID, maintenance staff repaired any damages reported in a timely manner. However, I hate that there is no parking for visitors. As someone stated, "I feel like a prisoner." No outside company allowed. In which, even inmates get more visits than I can. Whoever designed these apartments did not take into consideration residents may have more than one car to an apartment. If there is a 3 family apartment, it is possible that all 3 may have a vehicle. In addition, there are too many parks that are not being utilized that could have made for more parking spots. Overall, I would recommend Kings Terrace apartments.

I have been going to this complex for a little over a month to tutor a student. I was unaware that parking was for residents only. The resident told me to park in front of their apartment. Today, when I left my student's apartment to look for my car, my car was missing. I thought my car was stolen. However, I spoke to a maintenance man and he informed me that the management tows cars. I asked why and he told me to go to the office. I go to the office and inform them that I'm a tutor and that I've been going there for over a month and that I couldn't find my car. They told me that parking is for residents only and that my car was towed. I told them that I was never informed and they said that there are signs everywhere. There are no signs!!! If there are signs, there are very few and are not very visible. Then, one of the office staff made a comment and said that "I got away with it for a month", implying that I knew about the parking situation. Why would I risk getting my car towed?? I am mostly upset at the treatment I received at the office. They were unapologetic, unprofessional, and not empathetic. They honestly didn't seem to care. If I was treated with more dignity, I would not have left a comment, but I just want to worn future residents of this complex that the management and office staff are not nice people, and if it were me, I would not live in a place where people are not treated with respect. I will no longer tutor this student because of this situation. I have never been treated this awful by people that work in customer service. I just pray that they reflect on this situation and learn how to treat people because I would never want anybody to be treated in the manner I was.

I wish I can put a negative one star. The manager is extremely rude and is looking to never really helping you. She walks right past you and doesn't greet or acknowledge you, shes very unprofessional, rude, and childish. The parking sucks and sometimes even if you're a resident you won't be able to find parking, there's been times that I've slept in my car waiting for parking. And a towing truck is their favorite friend to call everyday at surprisingly times of the day. They are not as kind as they may appear as they welcome you "to your new home." I've lived here for four years and I've never gotten the actual help that I ask for especially from the lady that's a manager here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! (the rent can be too good to be true but at surprisingly times they'll put a letter on your door saying that the rent will be increasing with no warning). Oh and if you have a teen under 18 and you just bought them a car - you willl not be allowed to park it in the apartments because they will not give you a parking sticker until you child is 18 even if they live with you, even if you have nowhere to park it- no excuses when it comes to the management.

Horrible place to live! My sister lives there and it looks really nice. It has tile floors, stainless steel appliances, and water saving toilets. BUT, the office personnel are inconsiderate and have a lack of knowledge about managing an apartment complex. There is not enough parking for residents and certainly not for visitors and be careful because your car will be towed! Security rides around (not for safety purposes) but, to call the tow truck as soon as you park. There office hours vary. ...sometimes they are open and other times they are closed (during posted business hours). The process to live there is strenuous! They check your background as if you're interviewing for a job with the FBI. This place is totally overrated! It's not what it seems....my sister is moving soon. Just be careful before you move there, everything that glitters isn't gold! Beware!
