They need to improve the maintenance; the buildings NEED TO BE PAINTED. ALL THE OTHER DEVELOPMENTS IN KENLAND ARE BETTER MAINTAINED!! Please, the ASSOCIATION SAID THEY WOULD BE PAINTED BY NOVEMBER 2025. And so far, nothing!!! It really is a Nice neighborhood. It's a really quiet place. There's good security, the apartments are nice, but the exterior is DEPLORABLE! What a shame, it's embarrassing!!!

All the HOA does is charge $800 per owner & pocket the money because the buildings need fixing all the cracks it has in the masonry. You haven't been code compliant. Shame on you. The place seems neglected. There's mold on the exterior paint. It seems like a calm neighborhood but this is ridiculous!

Overpriced, rundown/deteriorated complex, no parking guaranteed and no privacy. I’d give this a 0 star if possible. You’re better off looking elsewhere. The recent management does not care about its tenants and it’s evidently obvious, I’ve complained about the water pressure for few days now with no solution. There is a bug infestation and the landlord doesn’t want to fix the problem and tells me to just buy bug spray. The lack of management does not substitute for the lack of better living.

Nice residential area, quiet and well located. Currently, it has a poor exterior appearance because the buildings and areas urgently need exterior painting, which was scheduled five months ago but still hasn't been done.
