I've lived here for three years. I have no complaints about my neighbors, and I have no complaints about the apartment owners either. It has a very good location and plenty of parking for guests, which is the only good thing about it. This place has absolutely no security. You get robbed, and there isn't a single security camera, and the homeowners association doesn't care. Less than a month ago, I bought my new car, and unfortunately for me, all four tires and the airbag in the steering wheel were stolen. The same day I bought the car, one of my neighbors told me to be careful because my car had been stolen from here three years ago. After that, they installed cameras, but they recently removed them and haven't put them back up. As a result, the criminals are back at it again. My neighbors tell me that a while ago it was a disaster because they would arrive at the parking lot and have three or four cars stripped of their tires in the same night. The homeowners association doesn't care about anything. There's no security patrolling, but they're very attentive and will likely hit you with a boot if you park illegally or outside the lines. The pool has never been open in the three years I've been here, and they always say it'll be open soon, but I don't know what they mean by "soon." I'm already looking to move out because I'm not going to stay here waiting to get robbed again in the same place. If you're thinking of moving here, I recommend you look for somewhere else. I JUST MOVED THERE A FEW MONTHS AGO AND SO FAR I LOVE IT. NO NOISE, CLEAN, NEIGHBORS ARE NICE, OFFICE STAFF LIZBETH VERY HELPFUL. JANITOR RAUL SWEET MAN. JOEL OF MAINTENANCE SUPER SUPER NICE AND ATTENTIVE. HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL SO FAR. HOPE THAT IT STAYS THIS WAY BECAUSE I LOVE IT HERE.
