I JUST MOVED THERE A FEW MONTHS AGO AND SO FAR I LOVE IT. NO NOISE, CLEAN, NEIGHBORS ARE NICE, OFFICE STAFF LIZBETH VERY HELPFUL. JANITOR RAUL SWEET MAN. JOEL OF MAINTENANCE SUPER SUPER NICE AND ATTENTIVE. HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL SO FAR. HOPE THAT IT STAYS THIS WAY BECAUSE I LOVE IT HERE.

Kendall Acres, located off 103rd Avenue and Kendall Drive, is a well-maintained and welcoming community. The two-story buildings surround a beautiful community pool and a well-kept clubhouse, creating a peaceful and comfortable environment for residents and investors alike. Several of my clients have purchased investment properties here, and every experience has been smooth and positive. The association deserves to be applauded friendly, helpful, and fast. Whether you need an application in person or by email, they provide it right away. Any questions are answered promptly and professionally, which makes the process stress-free for buyers, renters, and realtors. Not many associations offer this level of respect and courtesy. Kendall Acres truly stands out for its service, cleanliness, and community atmosphere. It’s a great place to live, invest, and feel at home.

Management should be ashamed for having a booting company for an apartment complex where people live. Nobody should have to wake up to their car immobilized juts for a parking violation. We come home to be stress free not deal with this.

Worst association ever. It opens extremely limited hours a week, especially when residents are working, and take forever to respond to emails and answer calls. Unhelpful when it comes to parking situation but quickly will tow or boot your car, and never reimburse as promised for wrongful tow of residents. NO POOL ACCESS FOR 3 YEARS, while HOA keeps going up. Fake promises every year that the pool will “open soon” and never does. When it comes to maintenance the association is responsible for, they won’t get it solved, and once you email about it they gaslight you or simply ignore you. Other than that, community has a lot of potential and a nice canal view. Nice neighbors.

I really enjoy living here, it’s quiet and mostly everyone keeps to themselves. however if there’s an maintenance issue, you can almost be guaranteed the mickey mouse help that they offer will hardly be anything but. I’ve been here for almost a year and absolutely no Pool access, its been out of comission for almost 2yrs now. Also if you rent hope to live on the canal side so you can enjoy the view. If not you’ll be looking at a parking lot.
