Left 3 messages and never get called back. No one ever answers. Not sure if they are actually a business, or just full and don't bother to return calls.

I was one of the first tenants that moved in to House 57 flats, it was from fall 2018 to summer 2019. I'd say that I had a great time living there in beginning. It was a really nice apartment with modern amenities, but after living there for sometime (between 2-3 months), things started to breakdown e.g. door lock, sink and the dishwasher. I had the land lord (Liz) hire a technician/ mechanic to fix these broken amenities multiple times, but the job was never really done properly. It wasn't long until it started to breakdown again, and yes you may think it is the tenants fault, but we spoke to all our neighbour and it came to no surprise that they were also dealing with the same issues. Long story short, the problem never went away and all tenants ended up losing a large portion of their security deposit. It almost seemed as it was planned by the representative/ organization. I'll leave on a positive note. I would say that the one nice thing about my experience here was the people. I had friendly house mates and funny neighbours that I all enjoyed getting to know.

5 min walk to UM, super responsive management- Liz and Eric are great- and no issues with bugs or pests. it can get loud sometimes, but overall a good atmosphere for students!
