We have not had ANY hot water for over a month. Every time that I call the office it’s always the same excuse “we’re working on it, you’re not the only one affected.” However, I asked my neighbors and they do not have the same issue as us. It feels like we are being gaslit. The office never provides us details on when this issue will be fixed. Over a month and still nothing. This apartment complex has shown such immense incompetence and negligence when it comes to communication. We are greatly affected by this and still nothing from them. As soon as our lease ends, we will be leaving. No hot water and no communication. Will never recommend this place to anyone, absolute incompetence.

It's really hard to find an apartment here
