It's a horrible place to live. Water damage is everywhere. The building should be condemned and the manager arrested.

I've lived here three times in different seasons. The building is beautiful, the common areas are clean, and the cleaning staff are wonderful—they greet you with smiles and are polite. The building manager is very dedicated and keeps the building organized. I think she and her team do a great job. The building is in a fantastic location in the Miami area. Excellent condominium.

I wish I can give it 0 stars because its a horrible place to live the electricity and water go out all the time and it floods everywhere. The manager is a terrible person and won't help with anything
