Happy Livin' Miami - Happy Building 6238

Very nice place for living if you stay at UM. All the services are very close by (grocery, restaurants, pharmacies, post office and metro rail). This is my 3rd year in happy living, and I hope I could stay more! The Landlord is a beautiful person, who is everytime willing to help to make your stayng as comfortable as possible! I’m so glad to leave here! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My boyfriend and I lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed our time there. The neighborhood is safe, the apartment itself was nice, and its in a very central area of Miami.

Very nice place to live ! The apartment is impeccable and newly furnished. The building is close to University of Miami, public transportation and shops, and the landlord is also very responsive if we need any help.

I really liked living here. It was perfect whilst I was studying at UM. The place is newly furnished and the landlord is super accommodating.
