Groves At Sunset Apartments

I've lived here on two different occasions. While the apartments are pretty basic, it has everything I needed. Miranda was fantastic and always got back to me right away whenever i had concerns. Neto the super was quick to any of my requests and the rest of the team was always very friendly and respectful. If i ever find myself in Miami again, i would consider living here again.

I recently visited this apartment community to get a feel for the area and see if it would be a good fit. I had my work laptop with me as I walked around, admiring the nature, checking out the pool, and looking for the laundry facilities. While doing so, a leasing agent came outside and abruptly told us “no soliciting.” We politely explained multiple times that we were not soliciting — just exploring the community — and that the laptop I was carrying was for work. Despite this, she seemed confused and continued to act like she didn't understand. The entire interaction left a really bad impression. If this is how potential residents are treated just for visiting, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to actually live there. Because of this experience, I definitely wouldn’t consider moving here.

Regarding the rent for those apartments, I need good, accurate information. I'll give 5 ⭐, but I'm looking from the street. If you have any apartments available,

I lived for nine years at this apartment complex. I had quite a good experience. The rent is quite reasonable for the Miami market. The buildings and apartments are old, but if you want something more modern, be prepared to pay! The office staff was always nice and whenever I needed something fixed it was done quickly. I had to complain 2 or 3 times about very loud neighbors, but the problem was always dealt with. I did get my full deposit back after moving out. People, the trick to getting your deposit back is always paying your rent on time and leaving the apartment empty and clean when you leave. I spent 4 days cleaning my apartment literally from top to bottom after I moved out.
