I had applied for the apartments, and Sandra immediately assisted me without hesitation. She was incredibly attentive, and now I’m proud to say I’m a tenant at the residence. I’m beyond pleased with the amazing customer service. Sandra truly changed my life—and my children's lives—for the better. I'm so grateful!

The staff members, Sandra and Kiara, are exceptionally helpful, courteous, professional, and friendly. The team has demonstrated a high level of efficiency and consistently kept me informed throughout the process. I am aware that this area previously faced challenges; however, there have been significant improvements, which I believe are largely due to the residents in the community. Ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, especially our children, is our collective responsibility. The units are well-maintained, attractive, and affordably priced.

The management is horrible I applied in march and was told I would be able to move in April, it is now June and I haven’t even received a Phone call to let me know if I was approved. Whenever you call they just push the time back and sound like they are so aggravated that they have to do their job. I ended up having to apply at another apartment because I could no longer wait. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anybody yes they renovated the apartments but it still doesn’t change that it was known for a death trap so many killings and things has happened over there they should be grateful that someone would even consider moving there. Throwing paint and adding new appliances doesn’t change the history that is behind those apartment building . I’m grateful that they never called back and I was able to find a better apartment and no longer have to deal it the unprofessional staff and I would not have to worry about my safety. Please don’t waste your time applying you will be disappointed.
