It's an excellent condominium and the association's work is very efficient as well, the location is very good, I would recommend it 100%.

rats everywhere, dog poop & piss all over the walkways, it stinks, management has too many crazy unnecessary rules for such low-income nasty looking apartments .. they hate christmas, decorations better be gone the day after or ur getting fined, security takes their job too seriously for the very little pay provided and will harass you! There is no parking, so you will be inconvenienced everyday trying to get to your own home. Gross establishment… might as well rebuild it

Great place to live. Very clean and updated facilities pool and tennis court. The office managers are excellent customer service. Near by high ways and great security and quiet neighborhood safe.
