Gables Sunview Apartments

This condominium initially showed us one apartment, but then they gave us a completely different one. I had to fix the kitchen because there was paper stuck to the countertop, covering even the electrical outlets. The entire apartment was infested with cockroaches. When they finished painting, they threw the leftover paint down the bathtub. We were without a washing machine, dishwasher, and the main entrance door for over 15 days. The living room floor completely came loose—more than 10 tiles. Finally, the refrigerator broke, and water is leaking into the living room. It's been 20 days, and they haven't replaced it, supposedly because we're leaving the condominium in December. When you call the office and tell them all this is disrespectful, they hang up on you. If you go to speak with them, they only let you in from the hallway, and Ms. Olquidea even slams the door in your face. It's truly a disgrace.

My experience has been the worst in this condominium, not to mention the lack of respect shown by everyone in the office. When I arrived to receive the apartment, it was full of dirt and cockroaches. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The women in the office act like they own the place, talking nicely but not resolving anything.

We was living there for 2 years and no complains, 🙏🙏🙏🙏
