Stayed here last year for a couple of weeks & just recently again for 3 and a half weeks in January. Here’s my pros and cons & honest review. Pros Comfy bed Full kitchen Washer/dryer Great pool Fully equipped gym Great yoga room ( bring your own workout on your iPad or join a class) Ice baths - if you brave enough to try !! Exercise classes available Good location near brickell, wynwood, nearby restaurants, shops & cigar bar Not far to uber to the beach Cons Not really a hotel experience,it’s more of a residence building with maybe 30 units marketed as a hotel. no phone in room,no room service, no housekeeping ( you can request it but it’s not free it’s 150 dollars for a one off clean ) no 24 hour concierge On arrival there was a strong smell of cannabis Lifts are slow & often full, never all 4 lifts working Often filled with dogs ( so if you’re not a dog person don’t stay here) Sofa not comfy & low back that you knock your head on the picture behind it. Noise even on floor 26 there is construction all around & it starts early some days sometimes 5am. Traffic noise, sirens & planes you can still hear at floor 26, obviously not soundproofed. Sauna and steam room still not up and running despite looking finished No extractor fan in kitchen. No TV in bedroom No furniture in balcony. If you staying here be mindful it’s more of a Airbnb then a hotel, we also bought extra things in target like clothes hangers as there were very few & a kettle, toilet brush & bleach & toilet rolls. When you stay here for longer you notice all the extra things are needed, could really do with a much bigger bin too as that tiny bin under the sink isn’t sufficient especially when cooking.

Beautiful space and a nice break away from Miami Beach. Everyone I met was professional and the common space was clean and nice! The rooms are on Airbnb, so an option for short stay. This is a great place to host an event. The location is great Sephora is near, there are healthy food options and Ross is around the corner. This location is emerging.

I’m very happy living at Flow Miami and truly enjoying the experience here. I want to give a special shout-out to Adrian Torres — he is absolutely the best. No matter what I need, big or small, he is always there to help right away. When I needed to change apartments or had any issues in my unit, he made everything smooth and stress-free. He genuinely cares, and he always makes sure I’m comfortable and happy. It really feels like someone has your back — like family. I’m very grateful we have Adrian in our building, and I highly recommend him to anyone considering living here. He makes the whole experience exceptional.🫶🏻

Lived here for 3+ years. One of the greatest apartments I've ever lived in. Location is unbeatable, in the center of Miami with a Upscale shopping center literally across the block, Kaseya Center 3 blocks away, and 5 min drive to all hotspots of Miami, Brickell, South beach, and Wynwood. On top of that the Building does what almost no other building in Miami does, and that's build a community. Some of the most friendliest people that I've had the pleasure of being around, all young professionals. On top of the non-stop events like Farmers markets, yoga & fitness events, run clubs, bbqing, games and more. This is the building that goes all out. With all that being said I want to give one of the biggest shoutouts to a Member of Flow team whose one of the few who's been here longer than I have, and I wouldn't probably still be living here if it weren't for this person, Adrian Torres. Dude is a non-stop workaholic and never stops in making sure that his residents are happy and satisfied. If anyone has an issue they go to Adrian, because they know they're problems will be solved without any worries. The whole Flow staff absolutely brings an energy not seen in any building in Miami that I've been in, in my 10+ years here, but Adrian sticks out as someone who absolutely elevates the energy and fun at Flow more than anyone else. Also the pool and gym is out of this world.

I took a tour at Flow Miami Apartments and was really impressed. The design, the atmosphere, and the team were all amazing. Everything felt clean, modern, and well organized. Definitely one of the nicest properties I’ve seen in Miami. Highly recommend checking it out!
