Amazing apartment always clean and accommodating. Nelson is very kind, always helps any issues I have and is easily reachable. Recommend moving here! I’ve had a great experience. And the whole staff is amazing!

I’ve really enjoyed living here at Douglas Enclave! Nelson made the move-in process as smooth as possible and was very responsive to all my questions. The building feels safe and is clean (thank you to the cleaning staff who is always keeping the hallways and elevators tidy)!

Nelson, in particular, has been extremely professional, attentive, and helpful every step of the way, making us feel truly valued as tenants. We’re also very impressed with the building’s security team, who are consistently on top of everything and provide us with great peace of mind. Patricia at the corporate office has also been very responsive and helpful on the administrative side. Even beyond the management team, the residents themselves have been incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a real sense of community here at Douglas Enclave. Overall, we are extremely happy and thankful to call Douglas Enclave, our home. The entire experience has truly exceeded our expectations.

The front desk staff is super friendly, and I love the pastries and coffee they offer on weekdays.
