Building is in good shape and in a generally good area. Gated and covered parking, ample guest parking space and a secured lobby. Management is easily accessible and HOA President Maggie does a great job at keeping things moving. Everyone who resides here is thoroughly screened and is a safe environment.

I am owner of an apt. At Dixie terrace condominium since 1997, I like the area, never have any problem, everything is neat and quite it. I definitely recommend this place to live.

Terrible place to live

Lived there for a decade and some years. It was really terrible at first, inconsistent pool cleaning, washing machine constantly breaking, gate always broken letting in intruders and stray animals. I can say that this place had its days but recently it has been looking pretty good when I pass by, it’s must be under some new management and he or she is doing a great job, better now when my family moved in a long time ago.
