In the short time I've lived here, I feel very comfortable and supported by all the staff, especially Sonia, the manager, who is excellent and always concerned about and attentive to all the residents and their needs.
For me, they have the best apartment building staff I've ever met.
That's the basis for giving them 5 stars. And if there were more stars, I would give them.

On July 26, 2024, my husband and I received the keys to our Apartment 424, after completing all the necessary paperwork. It's impossible to describe our gratitude for this country and its Affordable Housing Plan. We had to wait six years on the waiting list, but we consider it a great blessing. Nowhere else will we be able to receive the attention that all its employees provide: kindness, relationships, hygiene and maintenance standards, etc. Here we don't just (and greatly) have an apartment. Here we have a family, because that's how they make us feel. They couldn't and won't be able to find another person who surpasses their manager in every sense of the word. Looking into their eyes... you already feel supported and challenged, yes, because it complements wonderful treatment and, at the same time, a great responsibility. Also, the four employees who make up their management, because everything they do with such responsibility and good treatment is incredible. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Blessings.
