Celine Gardens

Fantastic apartments and location in the heart of Coral Gables. Fares, the landlord, is extremely helpful and very attentive to detail. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the location, perfect for UM students looking for housing near campus and in walking distance. I would walk to school everyday and sometimes even to nearby food places or grocery stores, which are conveniently located close by. The inside the apartment was perfect: the amount of room, the design, maintenance, etc. Outside the apartment the landlord did a great job of keeping everything clean, looking good, and running smoothly. This apartment has been so special to me and I’m seriously going to miss it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience living at Celine Gardens. The house is spacious and always clean. Fares, the landlord, has been incredibly kind and understanding. I recently had some accidents while moving out, and he generously gave me extra days to sort things out. His willingness to accommodate my situation, even when the load elevator at my new place broke down, speaks volumes about his character. I highly recommend Celine Gardens for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Stayed at Celine Gardens for a year, and I really enjoyed it. Fares was very accommodating from the beginning of my stay, showed great hospitality, and was helpful with everything I needed throughout my time there. The apartment was clean, spacious, up to date. Perfect location to the UM campus. About 18mins walk to the train station. Close to whole foods, publix, and lots of eating places. Would definitely recommend or stay again 😀

Apartments are walking distance from campus, quiet, clean, and safe. The landlord is very attentive and addresses any questions/concerns very promptly. The interior of the apartments are very bright with lots of natural light coming in. Easy parking. Could not have chosen a better place to live upon starting grad school at UM!
