3 months ago, 2 bedroom units were listed for ~$4500 a month. Now they are $7,000+. My friends are currently in a 3 bedroom and the rent is $6500. Newly available 3 bd apts are now $8500-$9000+. You'd have to be nuts to pay that kind of rent with massive construction immediately next to you that begins at sunrise. There are so many better options, but as slong as foolish people pay them, they'll continue asking for more.

We just leased an apartment at Cascade Link at Douglas and wanted to mention that Natalia Martinez is an excellent agent. Throughout our application process, Natalia was very responsive and thoughtful in her efforts. Both rare traits in a high-volume, fast-moving leasing environment where automated systems have been introduced to increase efficiency, but become difficult to navigate when unique circumstances emerge. I am not sure we would have persevered without her involvement.

There is almost always one elevator out of five that is constantly down. And for the past several weeks, there have been 2 to 3 elevators that are not functioning. 2-3 elevators out of 5 is not sustainable for a building with 37 floors and hundreds of residents...
