The building looks great. The office staff is friendly and efficient with residents’ requests. Claudia and Alex are very attentive and treat residents with great courtesy. The maintenance team completes their work promptly and efficiently.

I visited a friend there. Her apartment was beyond clean. However, she ended up moving due to 1. They raised the rent 2. Only 1 elevator worked 3. They never cleaned the trash area or the trash shoot. The overwhelming smell of garbage flooded the hallways 4. Let's talk about the amount of cockroaches. They are EVERYWHERE. They are crawling all over the walls in the hallway, in the trash area, in the elevator, and with that you can not keep them out of your apartment no matter how much pest control you use. If they have a pest control company that comes, they need to be fired. There is no reason for that many bugs. I am extremely surprised for the amount of rent she pays and has to deal with all the bugs. I do not blame her for leaving!

Very clean place! And the manager is responsible and takes care of all the maintenance!

In my opinion, the place is awful. There's absolutely no security, the parking garage doors are always broken, someone even tried to steal our car once, and don't even get me started on the cockroaches 🤦🏼♀️ they don't go away even if you clean every day. And to top it all off, when I went to leave the apartment because I couldn't stand the disappointments anymore, without signing a renewal contract, they didn't return my entire deposit of $1900, even though my apartment was one of the ones they supposedly selected themselves for being so cozy and tidy. They only returned $500 of that deposit 😠 when everything was in order. It's disrespectful. On top of that, when we went out with the kids, we found drugged-up people lying on the floor and the elevators were broken. In short, the truth has nothing to do with what they tell you before you go in; it's one thing and then another. They work however they want, and when they do an inspection they tell you, "Let's try to hide the cockroaches." 😒 That's why they don't improve—because they don't do their job properly. And our personal information, like social security number and bank account details, was lost, which shouldn't happen for security reasons. God only knows who has that information.
