Ongoing renovations and updates are clearly visible — it’s obvious that the place is well cared for and continuously improving. I’d especially like to highlight the management team: they respond quickly to any requests, are always available, and are very resident-oriented. You can truly feel that they are making a genuine effort to ensure everyone is comfortable. The improvements to the amenities are also great: the lounge furniture is being updated, new equipment has been added to the gym, and there is now a new grill by the pool — a great addition for relaxing. Overall, it feels like the management is not just maintaining the standard, but consistently raising it.
