Blue Lagoon Condominium

I'm staying at the Hilton Blue Lagoon which looks at this property. From a distance it looks amazing, however after reading these people's comments, omg, straight up and down, left and right, I can't imagine the owners responding in the manner to which they are. I will not recommend this property.

I’ve lived in this condominium for a while now and have generally appreciated the location and amenities. However, I feel compelled to speak out due to a serious ongoing issue. My girlfriend has been repeatedly harassed by a security guard named Miguel, and this behavior is unacceptable. We’ve tried to handle the matter quietly and respectfully, but the situation has not improved. Security should make residents feel safe and respected, not targeted or uncomfortable. It’s deeply disappointing that someone entrusted with our community’s safety is instead creating distress. Management needs to take this seriously and hold staff accountable. Until action is taken, I can’t recommend this property in good conscience to anyone who values a safe and respectful living environment.

I never stay in a dirty hotel like this . Disgusting ! I am so disappointed. The balcony looks like someone was drunk and 🤮 thrown up. The smell is awful. The most disgusting smell. Please save your money and for your wellbeing do not use this place . Thanks

please save yourself the headache of living in this complex. so many unnecessary bills, made me pay 3x deposit when i first moved in just to try and fine me (on the same month i planned to move out) to receive part of my deposit. these people only care for your money. the security gate has been broken for so long, the walking area to walk your dogs is blocked off because of construction (that they don’t want to finish), they’re always receiving violations for their pool/hottub so you can’t even enjoy the amenities that you’re paying for, they’ve towed my car TWICE and didn’t even attempt to call me to let me know if the area i parked in was restricted, they have no problem handing out those towing stickers on your cars like it’s candy. the balcony is nice, your neighbors might be chill (mine were at least until my dog was barking one day & they came to my door to give me a noise complaint warning or they’d fine me *not surprised*). Did i mention their roach infestation is literally unsolvable? I’ve tried my own fumigation & different roach traps and nothing works, that place is a curse :) Overall in the 3 years almost 4 years living in this complex, i can guarantee that you’re better off somewhere that wouldn’t charge you $300 annually for your car to be parked there, additional $100 to use their amenities & charge your visitors $12 in parking. To this day, i’m still finding roaches in my air fryer and toaster because they’ve decided to leave their curse on anyone that lives there. lmfao 0/10

Great place to live. The pool is amazing, nice gym, good and safe community.
