recently helped my daughter secure her apartment at Biscayne Garden Apartments, and I want to share the exceptional experience we had. I arrived on Saturday, when the office is normally closed. However, the property manager, Mr. Daryl Manfield, graciously came in and opened the office just to meet with me. From the moment we met, he was incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive. He took the time to explain every detail and made me feel truly comfortable almost like family. You immediately sense the positive energy when you meet Daryl. He is an outstanding professional hospitable, caring, and genuinely committed to helping people. In my opinion, true luxury is not just about amenities or location. Luxury is about service, care, and how people treat you. Biscayne Garden Apartments delivers both: beautiful apartments and exceptional customer service. I recently moved into Biscayne Gardens and the experience has been absolutely amazing. I relocated all the way from San Diego, and Daryl, the property manager, along with Jennifer, the leasing agent, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Moving across the country can be overwhelming, but they were with me every step of the way over the phone, answering questions, guiding me through everything, and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole transition. When I finally arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The property is peaceful, quiet, and extremely well kept. It also feels very safe, which was incredibly important to me when choosing my new home. You can really tell that the community here is cared for and maintained with pride. I’m truly excited to begin this new chapter of my life in Miami here at Biscayne Gardens.
