have been living at bell boca for almost a year and have nothing but positive to say. maintenance is amazing. had an issue and put in a work order, they had arrived not even an hour later. they are very friendly. so happy with where we live and can’t recommend better

We have been living at the Bell for 2 months now and everything has been fantastic. With small Maintance issues the team has been so quick and friendly. Leonardo has been very accommodating and helpful. Isadora is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this property and applaud the staff for being so amazing. Cesar is also very professional and friendly, work orders get responded to so quickly!

We have been living at Belboca Town Center for 5 years, and during all this time I have been very grateful to the management team for always responding quickly and efficiently to any issues in our apartment. The location is excellent — just 10 minutes from the ocean, close to shopping, and with access to highly rated schools. The community is always clean and well-maintained. The pool is kept in perfect condition, and the grounds are beautiful and tidy. The tennis courts are also a big advantage for our family, as my children play tennis. I also appreciate the friendly and welcoming community. There are always useful updates, and events are organized regularly, which makes living here even more enjoyable. I highly recommend these apartments and look forward to many more years of living here. Elena and family
