Azura Apartments

I lived here for 2.5 years and despite the place looks promising, there were key aspects that made me want to leave: 1. Dog poop everywhere. Many residents don't care much abou their dogs' poop, if you have kids and want to play a bit on the grass, for sure you will fall on poop. 2. SMOKING. This is supposedly a non-smoking community, but everyone does everywhere and management does not do anything to enforce the rule. Despite you have to sign a non-smoking agreement. 3. Paper walls. The level of noise you hear from neighbors is anoying, someone walking on the floor above you is highly noticeable. Also, there is this culture of slamming doors when leaving the apartment. 4. Being a community with some many families and kids, there is no amenities to benefit from it. They have a dog park, but no playground or something for kids to spend some time in the open spaces. 5. Every day you receive multiple emails with rules enforcements that are going to start (of course no the important ones), at the end, they care of whatever is not essential. 6. I know is not mandatory, but the events the building organizes are far from cool. for instance, Pizza day meant 2 boxes of pizza left on a countertop. In summary, the place has some potential, but has to do a loooooot better

I have been living here for the last 3 years. Can’t complaint. Amazing experience. Elizabeth from the office is the best. She always helps with any issue. Definitely recommended.

My Wife and I recently move to the Kendall and we were in search of a new place to call home. We Found Azura Apartments! This has been the best choice for me and my family. The Azura Community has some of the best amenities you will find anywhere. The pool area is phenomenal, the gym has the latest equipment you'll find anywhere. The office staff is amazing and very responsive to any concerns we may have.Elizabeth in the office is beyond kind and generous to all residents and guest. The maintenance department repoints time to tickets put into them is sometimes the same day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

As a potential resident I visited Azura apartments. Elizabeth was extremely kind and helpful from the beginning. She addresses all my needs, questions and concerns. The community was very clean, quiet and dog friendly.

I am visiting my cousin from NY for the first time here in Azura Apartments and I fell in love with this place. It has a perfectly peaceful atmosphere . You live like you are on vacation all year long. Beautiful and clean environment indoors and outdoors. The apartments have everything you need in perfect condition. Supermarkets, banks, restaurants shopping centers hospitals and more can be found within a few minutes drive. You will feel safe and at home always. I can’t wait to come back to visit and would definitely consider moving from NY to a wonderful place like Azura.
