I had the pleasure of staying at the Arte Grand 5th Avenue location and the concierge Ariana was phenomenal. Ariana was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and really enhanced my stay. Concierge Service often feels cold and direct, but she made me feel welcome, she was warm and gracious. I’ll definitely be back to stay just to have the great service she provided. I’ve been living at Arte Grand Central and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The building offers everything you could ask for, a beautiful pool, fully equipped gym, sauna and spa, a stunning rooftop with grills, a stylish resident lounge, private parking, and concierge service. The amenities are not just nice on paper, they’re actually well maintained and truly enjoyable to use. The rooftop is definitely a highlight, with amazing views and a perfect setup for relaxing or hosting friends. Another big plus is the maintenance team, they are efficient, responsive, and quick to resolve any request. It gives you real peace of mind knowing that everything is handled professionally and in a timely manner. What really made the difference for me, though, was the leasing experience. Alex from the leasing office made my entire transition smooth and completely worry-free. He was professional, helpful, and always available to answer questions. Moving can be stressful, but he made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier amenities in Miami.

Ariana from 5th Avenue is the absolute definition of professional! She goes above and beyond to make residents feel confident navigating through anything issues that may come up. Whether its directing movers during a move in, or to assuring packages returns are picked up on your behalf in the mail room. She prides herself on being good at her job, which is important to all of us. Most importantly she takes resident security seriously and assures to follow protocols to the T! Best Concierge in the Building.

In early November, my husband and I started searching for a new apartment. Within our budget and preferred location, we found Arte Grand Central. Scheduling the tour was very smooth, and we applied right after visiting. We didn’t even spend time visiting other options because we felt confident in our choice right away. Alex from the leasing office was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We were approved quickly and moved in early this year. The move-in experience exceeded our expectations. The community is very friendly, and everyone is willing to help and collaborate, which made us feel welcome right away. We previously lived in a building where the closest grocery store was Whole Foods, so we often shopped there out of convenience. Now, having Aldi within walking distance has been a huge plus. It’s very affordable and has helped us save money on groceries. There are so many great things to say about this place. We are very happy and truly thankful to call this our new home.

Living at Arte Grande in Miami has truly been an exceptional experience. From the moment you walk in, the building feels less like an apartment and more like a community that genuinely cares about its residents. The property is beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and well-run. What truly sets Arte Grande apart, however, is the staff. Ariana and Cline are absolutely amazing. They consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel at home, treating everyone with genuine care, respect, and professionalism. Whether it’s handling requests promptly, offering help without being asked, or simply greeting you with kindness, they make a real difference in day-to-day living. It’s rare to find a building where the staff makes such a strong positive impact, and Arte Grande is fortunate to have them. I couldn’t recommend this building more highly to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.
