If I could give 0 stars I would. All the common areas are disgusting. Trash everywhere. Makes amenities like the pool and gym that are usually a good thing barely usable. The cherry on top of this review is they are started construction today that will be ongoing for the next 4 months. This construction is for 11 hours a day and starts at 7am. The noise is unbearable. So i’m stuck waking up at 7am for the next 4 months against my will.

I’ve been living here for a few years and have had an amazing experience there. Everyone there is really nice and have always helped accommodate anything I may need!

Listen to the poor reviews, there’s a reason there’s few positive, they got lucky or have no clue and did not live in any of the other buildings. You get what you pay for, nothing about this building is “premiere.” To start off, the leasing office is extremely unorganized and lacks proper communication. I had a friend who was in the process of moving in, received a call saying his application was approved and he would be good to go and then later received another call saying they needed his guarantor. I had an issue regarding the rent posted and emailed mid day on a Friday, got no answer. I called to follow up, they told me they would let the manager know and that I would be contacted that day and called back, got nothing. It took 2 days after that for me to receive an email from the manager, and at that point I was charged a late fee which I had specifically mentioned to them about not wanting that to occur being that I was waiting on them. Subleasing fees are ridiculous compared to the other buildings also considering the state of this one. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear the people in the complete separate unit next to you. The first two months they decided to redo all of the hallways, leaving a mess. Since living here there’s been no hot water, and then at one point my bathroom was completely out of water, as well at the kitchen sink. Not to mention the vents are all covered in dust and mold. The building 100% needs to get it together and step it up considering how students are being pushed off campus. I would rather pay $2000 and get quality for my money as you do in the other buildings which I’ve experience without thinking twice instead of ever staying here again. If you are able to spare the extra couple hundred, go anywhere else, students shouldn’t have to deal with buildings like this it’s ridiculous.

Non-coperative and totally unprofessional staff. Never make mistake to live here. They always find ways to charge you extra like if you are 1 hour late on the move out day , you might be charged 500$. Complete non sense.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The management does not care about its residents and living here is awful. There is constantly dog poop and pee in the hallways, elevators, and staircase. It is understaffed and there is often nobody working at the front desk during the hours they should be open. They sold our unit when we had reached out to them about renewing our lease and were in the process of signing, and tried to force us to move to a different unit that would be more expensive. The pool was not operational for about a year and a half that I lived here. They will kick you out your parking spaces with only a days notice. They constantly enter the units. They charged me $300 after moving out for minor damages and cleaning. They take forever to fix anything, sometimes maintenance requests will be marked as resolved when no one visited the unit. When we had issues with a fire alarm we were advised by staff to "put a bag over it." When we had issues with the included wifi we were advised to buy a router. During move out there were mountains of garbage in the garage and it took weeks to be cleaned up. They will test fire alarms at 9 in the morning, and essentially take any opportunity to screw you over. They are crooks who take advantage of college students with no experience living in an apartment. Do not move here you will get scammed!!
