The building is very well maintained, it is a quiet place, and a good place to live.

I love living here. It’s a great area and walking distance to the elementary and middle schools (Coral Gables Preparatory Academy is an A+ PreK-8th grade school). The property manager, Paula, is very professional and attentive. The building is very well maintained. They respond to issues quickly. The parking is ideal; you get your own reserved parking spot. They perform regular maintenance including pest control. There’s a park in walking distance and you can even walk to miracle mile. Best apartment I’ve had in a long time.

I've lived in this building for 11 years with my mom. It's in a central and quiet area. We have a Publix supermarket right next door, so we don't have to go far to get anything we need in a pinch. The building is quiet and always clean and tidy. The neighbors greet you and are friendly. There's no gossip. The management is always on top of things and takes care of any problems as quickly as possible, and they control the cockroach infestation every month. I'm very happy here, so I'm not moving anytime soon.

Nice and calm location, plenty of parking, the property manager(Paula) is amazing! Building is well kept and clean, the staff is super nice and professional!
