The Aston at Town Center has been an amazing place to live. I was drawn in by the waterfall and fell in love with the golf sim. The community is awesome and Meghann could not be more attentive, accommodating and awesome (minus her Jell-O shot making abilities). Great place to live ten out of ten recommend

This is definitely the nicest place I have ever lived. Abbey and April are the nicest people ever, walking me through every step of the process moving in. Not only that but Brenda and Meghann have been the most communicative, patient, and caring with me. I'm a little overdramatic sometimes and they have been the best with me, so much help!!

We’ve lived here for almost 2 months now and it’s been such an amazing experience. Such a clean, beautiful place to live in the heart of Jacksonville! Meagan and April in the office have been fantastic. They are very communicative and always there and we need something.!! Maintenance is so fast so thorough and so amazing!! 10/10 recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience living here! The staff is amazing — always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every time we’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve gone out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The maintenance team is incredible as well. Any time something needed fixing, they responded quickly and efficiently, always leaving everything in perfect condition. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in their work and cares about the residents. From the leasing office to maintenance, the entire team makes this community a wonderful place to call home. We feel lucky to be here and highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming community!

This apartment complex is everything I wanted and more! I love the location, the amenities are top notch and the apartment is so beautiful. We have a very quiet apartment and it’s very nice. You can’t hear anything in the hallways unless you’re in the main living area, and it’s still not loud at all! Maintenance requests are responded to timely and I LOVE our oven range. It is a beautiful kitchen to cook in! I was worried about storage because there are no main living area closets, but it’s very spacious and we’ve got plenty of space! I love the nest thermostat and the keyless entry. The parking garage always has plenty of parking and it’s very convenient. April and Meghann have been absolutely amazing and I would 100% recommend you move in here!!
