Our experience with Ari was outstanding from beginning to end. The application process was handled so efficiently and smoothly — everything moved quickly and clearly. She was incredibly transparent and friendly during our tours, answering every question with patience and honesty. Ari made a fantastic impression on us, and we’re so grateful for how seamless she made the entire process. We highly recommend her!

I've started my 8th year at CCL and love it. The location is perfect, it's quiet, nice neighbors, maintenance crew is great but the best part? Marina in the front office!! She knows what to do and how to help whenever I have a question. Her knowledge is vast and her kindness knows no bounds. Definitely love living here

I had the pleasure of meeting Arielle, leasing consultant! Professional, excelent customer service, very clear moving through the leasing process. She has been extremely helpful with our concerns, highly motivated to help and helping us make our new venture of moving in, a happy transition. Definately! recommend Country Club! Staff reflects the confidence and trust a new tenant looks for to make a move in decision. Greatful beyond words! :)

1 Star (Only because I can't give 0 start on google) If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This place doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I’m forced to select. Most of the 5‑star reviews you see are from visitors, not actual long‑term residents. Maintenance – A Constant Struggle During our entire stay here, we had to submit hundreds of maintenance requests. That alone should tell you how poorly the apartments are maintained. Most of these requests were repeats because issues were never fixed properly the first time. for e.g There are water leakages from the rain and later you will be charged for dry wall painting when you move out. Leasing Office – Nice at First, Completely Different Later. In the beginning, the leasing office staff will act friendly and make you feel important. But the moment you submit your move‑out notice, their behavior changes drastically. Marina Haggarty and Maria Campbell, who are the property managers, are especially rude and unprofessional and will stop responding to your emails once you move out. They seem more focused on finding ways to charge tenants through move out charges than on resolving anything fairly. so whatever security deposit you pay, you ARE NOT going to get it back, but you will most certainly receive additional baseless move out charges and any follow up emails for clarification will go answered. Move‑Out Inspection – Verbal Only, No Written Confirmation Once you give notice, they’ll do an initial walkthrough and verbally tell you everything looks fine But they won’t respond to emails or provide anything in writing. This is intentional. Move‑Out Charges – Same Pattern for Everyone After you move out, expect a bill with the same predictable charges, regardless of how clean or well‑maintained your apartment was: Odor neutralizer for cooking smell even though there is no smell. this is for almost everyone. cleaning charges and plenty other charges These charges appear to be standard practice, not based on actual conditions. Interaction With Marina Haggarty and Maria Campbell – Rude, Unprofessional, and Dismissive We sent emails asking clarification on move out charges but no response and we visited the leasing office to discuss the move‑out charges. At first, Marina did not even meet us even though she was in the office and pretended to be busy. On later visit other property manager Maria was extremely unprofessional and dismissive with an excuse of community now being managed by other company. She spoke rudely and showed no interest in discussing the charges. On other visit, Marina showed stacks of money orders collected from other tenants and how the lease office was doing us a favor by not charging as much as others. When we asked if they charge everyone during move‑out, she proudly said “Yes” This tells you everything about how this place operates. Go anywhere but this place, else you will regret it. and for every genuine review, there is a standard response pretending to be responsive but, in the backend, no one responds when you contact them. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
