It’s a great place to live if you hate having access to running water and being able to shower. 🤠 They always wait to shut it off during the holidays too and take months to fix it without taking a single penny off rent or utilities.

Everybody deserves a second chance and this place with a great location just got a second chance with this new administration. I just got my new apartment, totally renewed, clean, and safe. The staff are amazing, they really care for your business, and they will work for you to get you a new place. Did I mention the amazing location? You need to check this new place and seriously consider it. Update - Oct. 4, 2025 - I'm going for my third contract, and Lakeland Manor still my home, the quietest place I ever live with the greatest true caring staff, and let not forget the maintenance guys which always going above their pay rate to be friendly and caring; kudos to them too! I love my neighbors and their pro community attitude, this is the place to call without hesitation or doubts HOME. By the way in my over 24 months living in this place not once my Amazon packages have been stolen, not even once, can you said that from your apartment complex?

I lived in Building 815 and would never recommend it to anyone. The building is infested with dry wood termites and German roaches. I reported it, but the problem was never properly handled. I ended up dealing with the infestation on my own while still paying full rent. On top of that, I had to call the police twice myself due to gunshots and domestic violence from nearby tenants. Law enforcement was called to the complex almost every week, sometimes multiple times a week. It felt unsafe and completely unmonitored. The windows are basically thin plexiglass, and you can hear everything — neighbors, traffic, music, arguments — all day and night. There is zero sound insulation, which made it extremely hard to sleep or feel at peace in my own home. Adding to the safety concerns, there are multiple registered sexual predators moving into the area, according to the Lakeland police messaging alerts.

The year 2023 has been the best year I have lived on this property. I have been there for five years. It's quieter , cleaner. You see the activity of upgrading the apartments. I see problems with people leaving. I am so enjoying living here. I will recommend everyone to give this property a second chance. Update: A big corporation from New York bought the property and upgraded it. I moved in in 2018. They raise the rent every year between 30 and 50 bucks. But the year 2024 my one bedroom from $545 to $1195 a month. I added water trash and sewer onto my bill which I wasn't paying before. I'm on disability and not able to afford living here anymore. Still one of the cheapest apartments in Florida around. One bedroom apartment or running 15 to $1,700 a month in Florida. The photos that you see are when I moved out. I'm heartbroken I lost my home and am now homeless / living with family.
