I lived here for two years. The location is great, but it’s hard to justify the cost given the condition of the building. It’s old and run down, and the walls are very thin. The stairwells were often dirty, with dog waste showing up far too often. The elevator was out of service often sometimes multiple times a month—and repairs were usually slow. Maintenance man was always super nice and friendly about the only good thing I could say about the apt.

Excellence at it's best! I am very pleased for the attention from the very begining. Fun office to visit, great team of realtors (Dayna, Amanda & the intern) along with the free popcorn. now I am a resident! 😎

Cannot say enough about Amanda and her professionalism and knowledge. Have recently viewed these facilities and am impressed both with the accommodations and Amanda herself. She is friendly, easy to talk to, really listens to my needs, and eager to please! What a great asset to your organization!

Amanda Whitehurst was amazing! Very knowledgeable during the showing of the place. I 100% recommend her! Growing up here in Lakeland, these are some of the nicer apartments.

The location is great, perhaps the best in Lakeland. Nearly everything you need is within walking distance. There is a laundromat located on the first floor. There is also the Bodega Market by Munn Park for small grocery runs, not to mention the weekly Farmer's Market. The building is secure as every access point into the building requires a badge scan. Amazon, USPS, and UPS have access to get into the building with no issues, however Spectrum does not seem to have access and you will need to go down to let them in. The office is open to walk-ins and answers all of our questions. Cheng and Brian from the maintenance team are very helpful and quick with their work. The only downsides with this apartment is that the roof is now closed and the rent is pricey, but high rent is the case with every other apartment today.
