My name is Angelic, I live across at the Regency Apartment. I came to the office to inquire about apartment rental. At Fountain Square, I met with a gentleman named Louie Tamayo. He had no clue who I was but welcomed me with open arms. He helped me with my apartment search. Although I have been to many leasing offices throughout the Lakeland area and met with different leasing agents, he was by far the best. He showed me each pricing for the units. Although I didn’t have an appointment he took time to attend me and answer all the questions I had regarding rentals. He has a lot of knowledge. I work as a recruiter and I help many people find jobs and in the line of work we look for people just like him. Thank you Louie for taking the time to help me. I look forward to becoming a resident here.

I am a new resident at Fountain Square and I couldn’t be happier! I still haven’t met the apartment manager in person yet, but I’ve met Louie and he’s been wonderful! I’ve had to pleasure to meet the maintenance staff, Matthew and Chris and they have both been wonderful addressing any move in concerns I had! The property is quiet and very sound proof! I rented a one bedroom renovated apartment and I’m very pleased! This is my first apartment in Florida, so I’m grateful for the good experience so far! I’ll be referring others to rent here as well!

I can’t say enough good things about Louie at Fountain Square Apartments. From start to finish, he made the entire application process smooth and stress-free. I had a lot of questions (and probably called more times than I should have), but he remained calm, patient, and helpful every step of the way — even when I stopped by close to closing time. Louie was professional, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me get approved and settled. It’s rare to come across someone who goes the extra mile like he does. Matthew was absolutely great! He came by to handle some maintenance work in my apartment, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. He was professional, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He showed up on time, explained everything he was working on, and made sure everything was done right before he left.
