Carlton Arms of North Lakeland

Anytime Eduardo come to work on anything in my unti it never gets fixed. It's very irritating to have to wait days to have your clothes washer fixed, just to have an unprofessional Maintenance worker to come in and do nothing but make a bunch of noise for no reason and make comments under his breath, just to find out the job isn't done. He needs to do better and be better, please send someone competent.

My wife and I were comparing apartments in Lakeland having just lived in Arbor Glen was looking for something just as accommodating as we had, but at a reasonable price! We like Big Oaks, but in the end, a sales representative by the name of Corey guided us into our new home in Carlton Arms and we couldn’t be more happy! Thank you so much for being patient with us, very polite, very Informative about everything & just a good around guy all around as far as first impressions go ! Glad he was the one that helped us or we probably would be next door in big oaks! Also the gym is amazing ! 🙏

Apartment was very clean and everyone at office was friendly. Willing to answer any questions I like to know. Plus have gym, pool and tennis / basketball court that was amazing. Neighborhood was friendly and moving in I had great experience. Thanks Haylee for showing one of room and show me round and William for easy experience to get things paperwork done.

The property is so beautiful!!! I just had a chance to walk around after getting all moved in and I can’t wait to do this every day. Neighbors are nice, quiet, and clean. There is always someone from the property management driving around to make sure everything is clean. I love my view. The balcony is large. The apartment had new carpet and freshly painted. I would 10/10 recommend!!!

I have been living here since 12/21 and I just love it. First, Lisa in the office is such a doll. She is so helpful and super friendly. I work from home and it’s nice to come in once in a while to chat when it’s slow. She makes the place feel so welcoming. Then I just love the location, amenities, and price. It’s really a great place to call home. Well kept and maintenance responds to calls within 24 hours. Also such a quiet and safe neighborhood.
