Bonny Apartments

It has insects problem like roaches for example

The staff is awesome here and its quite, clean and great place to live

It's decent but there are several areas that need improvement asap

Don’t move here at all! They don’t come and fix anything. The maintenance men are very lazy and disrespectful. They also lie to management about what they fixed. They turn off the water without notifying you that it will be off. The apartments need renovating and there is mold and mildew everywhere.

While I didn't end up living here, I had a great experience with Bonny apartments. I was assisted by Jenny who was very sweet and guided me on the process of applying for one of their apartments. She helped get me onto the wait-list and let me know that if I didn't end up choosing them, I could get my deposit back. Well, I ended up getting a response from a different complex that had availability for me when I need it so I let Jenny know I needed my deposit, she said it was no problem and to just stop by whenever it was convenient for me. Thank you so much for assisting me!
