I’ve had such a great experience with The Grand Apartments so far. Briana, the Property Director, is incredibly attentive and truly goes above and beyond for both residents and prospects. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes the time to make sure everyone feels heard and supported. The office team is always welcoming, kind, and professional. Their door is always open, and they handle everyone with patience and respect something that isn’t always easy in a busy leasing office. It’s very clear how hard they work. The staff also helped me find a workforce housing apartment and explained all the requirements clearly and thoroughly, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I felt informed every step of the way. I’m very happy and excited to be calling The Grand home soon!
