Riverstone Palm Beach

I’ve lived here for almost two years, and overall it has been a good experience. The building and management, of course, are not without flaws, but overall they do a good job and try to do their best to maintain communication and order within the community. I do want to say that the maintenance team is amazing, especially Luis Moya. Work orders get fixed within hours, if not sooner. They are the most responsive and professional maintenance crew of any community I have ever lived in.

I was impressed by 2 things. how beautiful the building is and also how well its maintained. Jennifer Sullivan with the management company was a pleasure to speak with and really does well with the residents here. i was visiting a friend and was helping explain a maintenance issue. Jenn was on it and had it handled the same day! Also everyone around the pool area knew her and was so happy with what she does around the facilities. the lobby food for brunch was top notch! Jenn and the staff were very welcoming, professional and knew what they were talking about when it came to specifics around the property. Great building, and great management service. 5/5 stars!

These are the best apartments I lived so far and the best management ever. 100% I would say Kristina was always there for anything I needed and resolved all my issues in 14 months I lived there. If not for the job/connections I would definitely stay there longer, but had to move.

I moved to Riverstone 3 months ago and my experience has been wonderful!! From the day I first walked in for a tour, I felt welcome and right at home. Tamara was my leasing agent and I was very lucky because she’s so kind, warm, and professional. All the ladies in the office are great, but Tamara is top notch! She understands hospitality and great customer service. The maintenance team is amazing! My requests were filled the same day and they’re always willing to go above and beyond. The property is very well maintained and the amenities are amazing! The social events and fitness classes are fun and a great opportunity to connect with the neighbors. The apartments are beautiful, new and sleek. We have assigned parking (covered garage) and charging stations for electric vehicles on every floor. I also feel safe living here because a code is needed to access the building, amenities, your home, and common areas. There’s concierge/ front desk to assist with any questions or issues. Everyone in the Riverstone’s team is professional and always willing to help. I’m very happy to have chosen Riverstone as my home.

I’ve been living at Riverstone for a little over a year now and absolutely love our apartment, and all the amenities! Front office has always been very helpful, and the maintenance team is amazing. I asked them to come pressure clean my back patio since I’ve been living here for a while and not only did they clean the floor, but all of the furniture, and windows as well without even being asked. Luis whom is the head of the maintenance team is always on top of everything and goes above and beyond. For these reason we just renewed our lease and are very happy about it!
