Just finished our first lease, and I must say this place is a breath of fresh air after our last apartment complex. Management is friendly and quick to respond. The apartments are modern and spacious. The amenities are way up to par, and there are always great and fun activities going on around the grounds. Its quiet and conveniently located near plenty of necessities, and there is development going on just outside the grounds that will be sure to make this place even more desirable to live in in the near future, so get in now.

I’ve lived at this Olympus property for two years, and I can honestly say I’ve made this place my home. I loved my apartment from the very first showing, and that feeling has only grown over time. David has always greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely welcome, and even Mark, the newest addition to the team, has already proven to be attentive and kind. The staff here truly feel human — something that’s surprisingly rare in apartment living. The cleaning staff does an excellent job; I especially noticed how consistently everything is kept spotless during my workouts in the gym. Maintenance has always been prompt and efficient whenever an issue has come up, and Marcy has been incredibly responsive, replying to emails almost immediately. The property itself is always well-kept and beautifully maintained. Even meeting and conversing with the property manager, Krystal, has been a delight and very well received. I felt heard and seen as a resident. Overall, I genuinely love living here. Compared to other properties, this is very reasonably priced for the resort-style living it offers — including a pool, sauna, gym, and a truly pet-friendly atmosphere. I’m grateful to call this place home.

David Familia gave our tour of the Oceanside Lantana Apartments. We didn’t have an appointment but he graciously welcomed us in and provided Excellent customer service! There were many unexpected amenities like the movie room, poker table, a piano area, heated pool and a great size Co-Ed Sauna by the gym. All of these community areas were very spacious, clean and well maintained. We walked through 2 units, great appliances and flooring. The layout was the normal 2bd 2bth. Overall a good option and happy we stopped in. We will continue looking at more options that are lower priced for our budget.

The apartment features a modern kitchen design and a spacious room that perfectly meets my personal needs. I immediately noticed the outdoor environment being welcoming, with beautiful well kept landscaping. I love the well-lit common areas at night, which adds significantly to the sense of security and community.
