Lakeside Commons

I've been staying in lakeside for some years for the most part it's very well kept and quiet.Our new property manager Pilar is the best she listens to the tenets and gets down to business. Thank you for making Lakeside better than before.

As of October 8th, they don’t do tours and they have low income limits on whether you can qualify to rent there.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! They are always warm and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure every concern is taken care of.

I just wanna say I’ve been living out in this complex for 16 years and I’m happy to be a tenant here! The place for the most part is very well kept! But I’m really giving this review for our new property manager Tiffany Kennedy! She’s always in good spirits and whatever issue that I’ve ever came to her with has always been taken care of! I really truly thank her for the great work she’s doing! Truly appreciated!

I’ve been living here for a little over a year, and I honestly have no complaints. My neighbors are nice. No loud noise, drama, etc. The property is well kept, the maintenance team has a great response time when it comes to repairs. The property manager Tiffany & Assistant manager Merari are truly the best management team we’ve had. They’re super helpful in all aspects, very understanding, & respectful. They’re definitely assets to this community.
