Miguel and Ignacio are great and very knowledgeable. The complex is super clean and maintained well . Any concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. 5 stars ✨ . It’s been so much better since they’ve been here .I wish fellow neighbors would adhere to rules and regulations at all times not only when staff is around . It’s a team effort so our community can continue to be great .

I have been trying to apply there for months. I've called, sent messages, left messages. The offsite reps are always nice on the phone. I went there for a third time and the leasing office is closed. The maintenance man Miguel was really kind and provided me an email address of someone who could assist with the application. I still have not received a response. He also showed me a unit which was really nice. The community has been really quiet the 3 times that I've been there so far. It's clean and I hope I can apply soon, looks like a decent place to live. I was able to submit an application with the help of all of the staff. Big thank you to Miguel, Ignacio, Melissa and Rainey W. Everyone was so informative, helpful and patient.

The current maintenance staff has been a huge improvement. They’re knowledgeable, responsive, and handle requests quickly and correctly the first time. Definitely the best maintenance team we’ve had here!

Ignacio and Miguel were amazing! They fixed the issues in my apartment quickly and efficiently, and you can tell they really know what they’re doing. Unlike the previous maintenance team, they are knowledgeable, reliable, and take real pride in their work. They’ve also been fixing things around the community that had been broken for a long time, like the lights, and I even saw them out painting the fire hydrants — they look great now! The property is cleaner and better maintained than ever thanks to them.

Miguel and Ignacio were very attentive and professional. My AC wasn’t working and they came to fix it today 09/16/2025 at 5pm, right before the office closed. They fixed it properly and I’m very satisfied with their outstanding services. Thank you Miguel and Ignacio. -Olmer Garcia
