I’m currently getting ready to move into Berkeley Landing , and so far the experience has been great. The leasing team has been very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made the application and approval steps clear and easy to understand, which really reduced the stress of moving. Just waiting on my move in date🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️ I’m excited to move in and become part of the community!
I moved in on 02/16/2026 and I absolutely love it, i had an issue with my washer, Han in maintenance came in the next morning and fixed it with no problems. I love that it was fast and right away

I Love it here! My apartment is great and has all the amenities I wanted. The office staff is awesome and personable. The maintenance crew is awesome as well, plus fast and efficient.
